Terms & Conditions
Last updated · May 28, 2026
Blockprint is a block party produced by Clavette Entertainment, LLC ("Blockprint," "we," "us," "our") on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of this website, your purchase of tickets, and your attendance at the event. By using the site, purchasing a ticket, or entering the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend the event.
Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
Tickets and purchases
Tickets to Blockprint are sold and payments are processed through our authorized ticketing partner, Tixr. All ticket sales are subject to Tixr's own terms of service and purchase policies in addition to these Terms, and Tixr handles order fulfillment, payment processing, and any applicable refunds on our behalf. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any source other than Tixr or another channel we have authorized in writing.
- All sales are final. Except where required by law or as expressly stated in the "Cancellation, postponement, and refunds" section below, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Resale and transfer. Tickets may not be resold above face value, used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. We may void any ticket that we reasonably believe has been transferred or resold in violation of these Terms, without refund.
- Valid ticket required. A valid, unaltered ticket is required for entry. Duplicate, counterfeit, damaged, or tampered tickets will not be honored. The first ticket scanned will be the one granted entry.
- Pricing and errors. Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change. If a ticket is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Entry conditions
Blockprint is a 21-and-over event. All attendees must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification showing date of birth at entry — a US driver's license or state ID, or a US or foreign passport. Admission is a revocable license, and we (and the venue) reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person at our discretion.
- Search and screening. As a condition of entry, all persons and belongings are subject to search by security and law enforcement. Security may prohibit any item deemed harmful, dangerous, or not in the best interest of the event and its attendees. Refusal to be searched may result in denial of entry without refund.
- Prohibited items. Weapons of any kind, illegal substances and drug paraphernalia, glass, cans, outside food and beverages (including alcohol), professional photo, video, or audio equipment, drones, laser pointers, air horns, and any other items identified as prohibited in our published event guidelines are not permitted and may be confiscated.
- No re-entry. Blockprint is a no ins-and-outs event. Once you exit, you will not be readmitted.
Code of conduct
We are committed to a safe, welcoming environment. Disorderly, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior, failure to follow staff or venue instructions, or any conduct that endangers others is grounds for removal without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
Lineup, schedule, and changes
Artists, set times, schedules, production elements, vendors, amenities, and all other aspects of the event are subject to change. The addition, substitution, or withdrawal of any artist, or any change to the schedule or programming, is not grounds for a refund.
Cancellation, postponement, and refunds
Blockprint takes place rain or shine. If the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, the holder of a valid ticket purchased through an authorized channel will be eligible for a refund of the ticket's face value (excluding service, processing, and delivery fees, to the extent permitted by law). If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will generally be honored for the new date; refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated through our authorized ticketing partner. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or any other costs you incur in connection with attending the event.
Assumption of risk and health & safety
Attendance at any live event carries inherent risks, including exposure to loud noise, crowds, lighting effects, weather, and the risk of illness or injury. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You agree to comply with all venue rules and any health and safety measures we put in place. Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have a condition that may be aggravated by event conditions.
Media release
By attending Blockprint, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant us and our partners the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media, now or hereafter known, for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes, without further notice, compensation, or approval.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clavette Entertainment, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your conduct at the event.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or attendance at the event after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
